So he reformulated it for people to use. Since then hundreds of thousands of people have achieved dramatic results by using Calorad.
Directions for usage.
Calorad PM is to be used at bedtime right before you go to sleep: Mix 2 capfuls in 4oz of water and go to sleep. Your last meal or drink (besides water) should be 2-3 hours prior to bedtime to allow the nutrients in Calorad PM to absorb at its best. In the first 45-90 minutes of sleep your body enters "Delta Sleep Mode". This is the state when the body repairs itself and it is at this state that Calorad PM will work. Calorad PM also helps improve the quality of your sleep!
There are no medical contradictions with using Calorad. Here are a few pointers:
1. If there is a yeast/candida overgrowth please consider using Agrisept at 5-10 drops a day between meals.
2. Please drink plenty of water throughout the day.
3. Excess carbohydrates may minimize Calorad's effectiveness
4. Commit to 3-6 months and make sure to weigh yourself at the beginning and then once every 2 weeks.
5. Try your best to eat healthy foods.
