Combination saliva and blood spot kit

Female/Male Hormones: Estradiol (E2), Progesterone, Testosterone
FSH  in women: helps control the menstrual cycle and the production of eggs by the ovaries. FSH in men: helps control the production of sperm in men.
LH  in women: helps regulate the menstrual cycle and egg production which is called ovulation.
LH in men: stimulates the production of testosterone, which is necessary for sperm production.
Adrenal Hormones: DHEA, Cortisol x 4 (6am-8am, 11am-Noon, 4pm-5pm, 11pm-midnight).
Thyroid Hormones: TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) , fT3 (free Triidodoyhyronine) , fT4 (free Thyroxine) TPO (Thyroid Peroxidsase Antibody)

TEST DIRECTIONS

This test should be preformed around day 19 of the female menstrual cycle with day 1 being the first day of the menstrual period.
