2. Take your test kit to a small lab/clinic and ask for a blood draw. There will be a $20-$25 fee for the blood draw. If you need assistance finding a place for a blood draw email us and we will email you a list.
3. Results will be emailed to you within 3 days and a full color easy to read rotation diet will be mailed to you in 2 weeks. .

Medications and ALCAT Testing
Prior to testing avoid the following: Anti-histimines for 3-5 days, steroid nasal sprays for 48 hours, daily steroid users for 4 weeks, every few days steroid users avoid for 2 weeks, high dose vitamin C reduce to 500mg per day for 3 days, Anticoagulants (call for directions), Antibiotics (call for directions)
