By visiting Nutritionally Yours, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice. What Personal Information About Customers Does Nutritionally Yours Gather? The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at Nutritionally Yours. Here are the types of information we gather. How Secure Is Information About Me? We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Are Children Allowed to Use Nutritionally Yours? Nutritionally Yours does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Nutritionally Yours only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Does Nutritionally Yours Participate in the Safe Harbor Program? Nutritionally Yours is a participant in the Safe Harbor program developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Union. Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions If you choose to visit Nutritionally Yours, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Georgia. If you have any concern about privacy at Nutritionally Yours, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers. Refund & Retrun Policy Full refund for orders that are canceled before being shipped. Orders less than 30 days old will need a Return Authorization Code (RAC) issued. Use the Contact Us page to email us your cancellation. We will provide you the RAC and the address to ship the kit(s) back to us. Once we receive the test kits, we will issue a refund less 10% or $25.00 [usd] whichever amount is less, for shipping, handling and restocking fees. Additional shipping fees may apply. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in re-saleable condition. Orders over 30 days old cannot be refunded. However, we will make every effort to apply the proper credit to another test. Please contact us via email. Shipping Policy All orders are shipped within two business days of the order. Orders and results usually ship via the United States Postal Service. If you wish to make other arrangements please contact us, or note this in the instructions when placing your order.
