Return Policy

Full refund for orders that are canceled before being shipped.
Orders less than 30 days old will need a Return Authorization Code (RAC) issued.  Use the Contact Us page to email us your cancellation.  We will provide you the RAC and the address to ship the kit(s) back to us.  Once we receive the test kits, we will issue a refund less 10% or $25.00 [usd] whichever amount is less, for shipping, handling and restocking fees.  Additional shipping fees may apply.
Orders over 30 days old cannot be refunded.  However, we will make every effort to apply the proper credit to another test.  Please contact us via email.
