APPOINTMENT PRICES:
Initial Appointments: $125 for one hour. (Additional fees may occur depending on complexity of case or multiple family members attending the same appointment)
Follow up Appointments: $125 per hour (depending on complexity) with a minimum fee of $55
Emergency Appointments for colds/flus, etc: These are usually 15 minutes and billed at $55 + remedies

Nutritionally Yours Medical Insurance Policy

You can use your health savings account at our office. We are considered "out of network" so we do not accept insurance for payment. Since we work with a medical doctor our office can assist you with filing for insurance reimbursement.

PROGRAM OFFERED
During your first session we review your health history, nutrition choices, lifestyle and supplements you are taking. During this session our practitioner will put together in individualized program for you which you can start right away to enhance your health and wellness.

Depending on the needs of the client, follow ups may be every 4-6 weeks for a period of a few short months. Many of our clients usually make appointments as seasons change to ask for guidance with cold and flu season, allergy season, school needs for kids, and weight loss help, etc.

Free email counseling is available for regular clients for quick questions and supplement suggestions.

Long distance counseling is available via the telephone and email for the same fees.

Emergency appointments for colds and flus are available, but depending on availability.
