Food / Food Intolerance Test Kit s

1) Metametrix IgG / IgE Test: This is a combination food allergy and food intolernace tests. It covers 90 food intolerances and 30 food allergies. It will cover all of the gluten grains, but since blood is not the best way to test for gluten intolerance we suggest also ordering the saliva gliadin/gluten test.

2) This ALCAT food "intolerance" & chemical sensitivity test can test up to 200 foods plus environmental chemicals, food preservatives and mre.

Food Allergy/Intolerance Test Kit Directions: after the kit is ordered you will need to take it to a local lab or clinic and ask for a "blood draw". If you need assistance finding one, just call our office. After the blood sample is received at our lab, the results will be emailed to you as soon as they are available and then a full color test results and rotation diet will be mailed to you.

Metametrix Food Allergy Results are emailed within 10 days and mailed one week later.
Alcat results are emailed within 48-72 hours and mailed one week later.

Most people suffer from food "intolerances" or "delayed" food reactions. Food "allergies" are "immediate" reactions to foods.

Gluten Allergy/Intolerances:
The first place a gluten intolerane will show up positive is in the saliva, the second is in the stool and the last is in the blood. We suggest if you are concerned about a gluten intolerance to order the saliva gliadin/gluten intolernace panel or the GI effects stools panel before running a blood test.

Gluten and Gliadin are proteins that are used in wheat, oat, barley, spelt, malt and rye. Gluten is also used in seasonings, soy sauce, salad dressings, hot dogs, sauces, soups, sausage, deli meat, bread, crackers, pretzels, puddings, yogurt and more.

We find that around 50% of the people we run this test on show positive for gluten and/or gluten grains!
